Apartment Dispatch is a Free Apartment Locating Service with 60+ Top Agents working throughout Texas in Houston, Galveston, Dallas, Austin, & San Antonio. All agents work from their own homes and some agents do both Apartment Locating and the Sale of Brand New Homes and some only focus on one part of the Business. Agents are responsible for their own marketing and advertising and in return I offer a high commission. In doing Apartment Locating we earn our commission which is typically equal to one months rent if a customer signs a year lease and we are paid by the Apartment Management Companies. I handle all the Invoicing, Billing & Collections for the Company so agents don't have to worry about doing their own Invoicing and getting them paid. Hendrickson Realty Group is a group of Top Real Estate Agents specializing in the Sale of Brand New Homes ONLY with agents working in Houston, Dallas, Austin & San Antonio, TEXAS. Since we sale and promote the Current Inventory of all the Brand New Home Builders we are never having to write contracts (the Sales Counselor's at each Home Builders office do all that) and therefore we aren't associated with any of the different Associations or the MLS therefore having none of those Fees to incur. By Selling only Brand New Homes it cuts back on time that is involved with doing Listings, no working late hours (Home Builders close at 6pm or 7pm), no dealings with other Realtors, no working with Sellers, no Open Houses and no writing of contracts (which always have liabilities that can occur). In selling Brand New Homes we earn our commission from the New Home Builders whom will often pay very nice bonuses to us as well. I look forrward to hearing from you. Have a Great Day!
